About AudhumblaWelcome to the home of Audhumbla! Audhumbla makes reconstructions of viking age knifes, tools, belts and bags. All projects are based on an extensive research of archaeological originals. In our craft we use materials and techniques that were available in the viking age and try to give the clients an idea of how these artefacts could have looked when they were new. Audhumbla also takes on modern projects like custom made leather sheaths for knifes, saddlebags, watch straps and much more. |

who is Audhumbla? |
Auðumbla (also spelled Auðumla, Auðhumbla, and Auðhumla) is a primeval cow appearing in Norse mythology. It is attested in Gylfaginning, a part of Snorri Sturluson's Prose Edda, in association with Ginnungagap and Ymir. (link). Why name the company after the primeval cow? Because cows are the best.
